Background

Caroline is fascinated with the way in which control functions – done well – can simultaneously reduce risk and create value, and in the ever-increasing sophistication and complexity of these roles.

Caroline is deeply involved in the firm’s continuous improvement initiatives and thinking on Diversity & Inclusion. She is also a keen contributor to Hedley May’s CSR efforts, regularly working with our community partners and fundraising programs.

Caroline appreciates the firm’s belief in the practice of challenge for betterment – be it challenging clients, candidates, colleagues or oneself. A rejection of complacency and mediocrity leads to a culture of bravery and camaraderie which has helped Caroline achieve in all areas of her life. This working environment directly inspired Caroline to complete both marathons and triathlons.

Caroline has a BA in Modern History from the University of Sheffield and moved into executive search after a year of teaching English in China with the British Council.
