Eleanor joined Hedley May in 2010, shortly after the company was founded and has established herself as a key member of both our Legal and HR practices. She has advised publicly quoted and private equity clients across a wide range of sectors including financial services, industrial, utilities, media, retail and travel.
She has worked on numerous high-profile appointments for General Counsel, Company Secretaries, HR Directors, HR Leadership Team members and Chief Compliance Officers across the UK and Europe, as well as leading the firm’s Reward practice.
Eleanor is passionate about diversity and has co-chaired the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee for two years. She has established a broad network of best-in-class female talent and in her speaking engagements focuses on helping up-and-coming professionals prepare for more influential leadership roles.
Eleanor started her career in retail with Marks & Spencer, holding store management roles after graduating from Newnham College, University of Cambridge with an MA in History.
