Finola specializes in mandates across Finance, HR and Legal for corporates and financial services institutions, including extremely challenging projects for organizations in distress and transition.
She is committed to social mobility and the necessity of establishing and retaining a diverse workforce. She is co-responsible for driving forward the firm’s approach to Diversity & Inclusion, both internally and externally. She also liaises closely with Hedley May’s community partners to further the firm’s CSR efforts, organizing and participating in volunteering and fundraising initiatives.
Finola started her career in executive search in tax. She has a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Exeter.
