As a key member of both Hedley May’s Diversity & Inclusion and Client Centricity Committees, Jillian helps define the firm’s own strategy as a professional services firm. Deeply involved in initiatives aimed at accessing diverse talent and delivering premium client service, she strives to develop Hedley May’s unique value proposition to clients.
Jillian’s dedication to various personal causes underscores her goal to close the opportunity gap and develop the pipeline of future leaders.
Prior to joining the firm, Jillian recruited talent for alternative investment firms across corporate functions including Operations, Middle Office, Risk, Client Services and Investor Relations/Marketing.
Jillian graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and Management.
