Sandrine joined Hedley May to co-create a Board & CEO practice with trust, knowledge and creativity at its heart. With over 20 years of experience as an international search consultant, Sandrine focuses on Chairs, Committee Chairs and CEO appointments. She has extensive experience of advising on Board succession and performance, with some of the world’s largest global organisations.
Sandrine has built long lasting relationships with Boards. She is passionate about the positive evolution of Boards’ performance in a constantly changing business environment. She brings independent advice with a clear focus on identifying talent with a strong cultural fit for today, as well as potential and ambition for tomorrow.
She has been an early promoter of diversity on Boards and was an active member of the Davies Review, Hampton-Alexander Review and Parker Review task forces.
Sandrine began her career as a Barrister in Paris and in Singapore. She holds a Post-Graduate diploma in International Business Law from the University of La Sorbonne and remains a member of the Paris Bar.
