The undersigned (‘you’) acknowledges that the information provided by Hedley May and/or any third party working with or for Hedley May in this executive search is confidential; therefore, you agree not to disclose it or any part of it without the express written permission of Hedley May.

It is acknowledged by you that all information provided in connection with this executive search is in all respects confidential in nature, other than information which is already in the public domain through other means and that any disclosure or use of the information by you may cause serious harm or damage to Hedley May and/or any third party working with or for Hedley May in connection with the executive search.
