Abby joined Hedley May having previously worked at Centaur Fund Services, a financial administration firm based in New Jersey. During that time, Abby helped ensure AML-KYC compliance across funds and managed communication channels with investors and clients.
Abby is excited to thrive under the mentorship of the senior women around her as she joins the all-female New York team.
Abby graduated in 2020 from Princeton University with a degree in English, and a minor in European Cultural Studies. Having produced an 80 page research document, and spent a summer knee-deep in archives for her final project, Abby is a thorough and skilled researcher, a capability that lends itself to the company’s commitment to deep knowledge and world-class expertise.
A foundation of compassion and understanding is what attracted Abby to the business, and she believes, is what makes Hedley May so competitive. She is inspired to work with a team of committed individuals who truly care for the clients, candidates and the culture of Hedley May.
Hedley May is the power of its people. We work hard to create a culture in which everyone feels valued, are supported to thrive, and can live the values we believe in. We know the search for great people is driven by great people.

The Belonging Project
In January 2020, we launched the Belonging Project, conducting over 100 interviews globally with a diverse range of people. Our research reaffirmed our core belief: organizations that create a strong sense of Belonging are more successful – in business, employee satisfaction and longevity. Belonging is the proven cornerstone of success.
When we founded Hedley May, we made a commitment to make a positive impact on our broader communities. We focus on providing opportunity to the underserved through mentorship, internships, workshops and other career development initiatives. We are also dedicated advocates and supporters of numerous social mobility programs.
