Caroline joined Hedley May as the Executive Assistant and Practice Manager supporting the HR & Reward Team. She is responsible for the project management and administration of client searches for Senior Executive HR Leaders across Europe, the US and Asia.
Caroline brings extensive executive search experience having supported the founding partners of a leading boutique firm for seven years, helping to grow the practice. She previously held a number of senior EA roles at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Caroline is married with two children and when she isn’t focusing on her passion for HR she is spending time with her family. Outside of work, Caroline loves to travel and enjoys going to the theatre.
