Crystal is an Associate for the firm’s Board & CEO practice. She is dedicated to finding the best solution for her clients and candidates by contributing to Executive Committee appointments and projects across all major industry sectors, spanning FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies. Crystal is an advocate that diversity and inclusion should lie at the heart of holistic leadership and sustainable business.
Prior to joining Hedley May, Crystal has worked at the International Crisis Group and the International Refugee Rights in East Africa and South America. She holds a BSc (Hons) in PPE from Durham University and an MSc in Conflict Resolution from the London School of Economics.
