Lucy is responsible for the running of all financial aspects of Hedley May in the UK. She thrives off the company’s culture which encourages her to work independently but with the unwavering support of the team.
Prior to joining, Lucy was the Finance Director of a consultancy business for 9 years. Lucy is a chartered accountant (ICAEW) who qualified at PwC London in audit. She has a BA in Philosophy with Politics from Warwick University.
Lucy believes having three young children has given her excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills. A keen horse rider, Lucy has cultivated a heightened sense of empathy and judgement.

When we founded Hedley May, we made a commitment to make a positive impact on our broader communities. We focus on providing opportunity to the underserved through mentorship, internships, workshops and other career development initiatives. We are also dedicated advocates and supporters of numerous social mobility programs.
