About Nikki
Nikki is responsible for operational excellence at Hedley May. A culture of deep trust has allowed Nikki to develop her role, drawing on her project management skills. Nikki has also very much enjoyed her involvement in the firm’s community initiatives, which creates a strong sense of shared purpose.

Prior to joining, Nikki was operations manager of an accountancy practice with a focus on digital transformation and technology. She is also the project lead for a number of the firm’s strategic initiatives in operations, marketing and infrastructure. Nikki has a BA in Hispanic Studies from University of Birmingham.

In January 2020, we launched the Belonging Project, conducting over 100 interviews globally with a diverse range of people. Community
When we founded Hedley May, we made a commitment to make a positive impact on our broader communities. We focus on providing opportunity to the underserved through mentorship, internships, workshops and other career development initiatives.
