Phoebe is an Associate for the firm’s Board & CEO practice. She is committed to finding the right solution for her clients and candidates and pushes herself to think creatively and laterally to problem solve. She brings a genuine partnership approach to her work and believes in open and transparent communication.
Phoebe is passionate about improving diversity and inclusion, both internally within Hedley May and through her work with clients and candidates. She enjoys working with those who share that vision and want to further this agenda. She also helps lead the organisation of the firm’s volunteering and fundraising initiatives, working closely with Hedley May’s community partners as part of the firm’s commitment to our community.
Phoebe joined Hedley May from a leading independent executive search firm where she worked cross-sector on board level, CEO and non-executive appointments. She also sat on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Phoebe graduated from the University of Oxford with a first-class BA in History.
