Pippa supports clients across all major industry sectors on HR searches, including senior generalist appointments and those in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Reward and Employee Engagement.
With a natural interest in people and how they operate, Pippa has a degree in Psychology, graduating with a BSc from the University of Manchester, including a focus on neuroscience and occupational psychology. Her interest and expertise naturally complement the firm’s insatiable endeavor to understand what makes the ideal placement. Her focus on HR underscores this interest in human behaviour.
Pippa’s earlier career in search has predominantly focussed on HR searches across sectors and internationally, with earlier experience in business analyst and research roles.
Pippa is inspired by working with committed, high-achieving experts who also make time for other priorities in their lives. She is motivated to work among a group of supportive colleagues who demonstrate what is possible.
