Semia joined Hedley May as a generalist in support of our Corporate, Financial Services, and Professional Services clients across a range of Board and executive-level roles. She brings search experience across both the private and public sector and is dedicated to providing clients with holistic leadership advice.
Prior to joining Hedley May, Semia worked on a range of C-Suite and Board level searches across a range of sectors including government and public sector, arts and culture, and health. She also worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Executive for clients in the Legal and Professional Services sectors, advising on senior and Board level appointments.
Semia holds a LLB in International Law and Globalisation from the University of Birmingham and an LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick.
