As an Executive Assistant and Practice Manager for the Board & CEO Practice, Siobhan is responsible for the implementation and management of C-Suite searches. Her focus is on building and nurturing senior client and candidate relationships, whilst maintaining a drive for performance excellence, alongside supporting her team.

Background

Siobhan has worked in this field for over nine years. She has developed her skills as an EA to ensure that she is an integral contributor to the productivity and effectiveness of the business. Understanding her role as that of a true thought partner, she enables the individuals that she supports to balance a multitude of obligations, recognising the essential benefits of anticipation and initiative as their gatekeeper.

The collaborative nature of Hedley May allows Siobhan to feel valued and integral to the firm’s success. Encouraged to put forward initiatives and ideas, Siobhan also thrives in a culture that pushes her outside her comfort zone.

Siobhan took up cold water swimming during the pandemic. It has instilled a sense of courage and confidence, which has helped serve her in her working role.

Community

When we founded Hedley May, we made a commitment to make a positive impact on our broader communities. We focus on providing opportunity to the underserved through mentorship, internships, workshops and other career development initiatives. We are also dedicated advocates and supporters of numerous social mobility programs.
