Will joined Hedley May in 2023. Based out of the New York office, Will executes searches for Hedley May’s clients across corporate functions. He previously worked as an internal recruiter at a New York-based biotech. Will was drawn to Hedley May’s mission to provide excellent service to its stakeholders and its commitment to DE&I. Will prides himself in providing a consultative approach to recruiting through transparent communication and thought partnership.
Will graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Psychology in 2018. Outside of work, Will is passionate about spending plenty of time outdoors whether it be cycling, hiking, or surfing at his local New York beach.
