Alex focuses on executive search and consulting projects across Hedley May’s global corporate client base. He has led high profile mandates to deliver Executive Committee appointments and assessment projects across all major industry sectors, spanning FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies and privately held businesses. He is passionate about supporting leadership teams in creating value, this often requiring the next generation of talent to be provided with the opportunity to make the step up and fulfil their potential.
A significant proportion of Alex’s work is international; he partners with Hedley May’s New York team and manages the firm’s Asia Pacific associate relationships to ensure perfect fit with complex multinational clients. He is the London lead for Hedley May’s global Client Centricity team, driving a continuous improvement mentality which provides the foundation for enduring and long-term client relationships.
Alex began his career at the Bar and has an LLB from Nottingham University. He is currently undertaking a Master’s in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
