Laura was drawn to Hedley May by our people-centric and purpose-driven culture. She works on a range of senior functional appointments with deep expertise in Finance, Legal and Compliance projects.
She has led multiple searches for the full suite of direct reports to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, working for global corporates, financial institutions, professional services and private equity-backed businesses.
Laura leads our wellbeing strategy, promoting a culture in which our people can be themselves and perform at their best. This is essential to delivering the exceptional service our clients expect and enables Hedley May to attract, develop and retain high-quality and diverse talent.
Laura has a deep interest in social mobility and has led numerous Hedley May community initiatives. She also sponsors a child in Ethiopia and has been on two mission trips to Africa to provide CV and interview skills training in schools.
Prior to joining Hedley May, Laura was a consultant in the Corporate Officers’ practice of an international firm. She has an LLB from Nottingham University.
